SOURCING
I help you with finding the right products or parts. For some time now I have been working on multiple projects; lithium batteries, electronics and die casting. I visited these manufacturers and checked if they can make thing which are good and reliable.

But I can do more for you. Depending on your request I start looking for it. I ask people around me about it, and I try to find new sources, and I check with suppliers I already know. In the end I will recommend a supplier.

Best thing, from there on you can continue with your project. Or we keep working together for quality control, logistics and order management. For me the most important thing is that I can show 100% transparency in the whole process.
SAMPLING
Ordering samples, it sounds very easy. But in reality it's not. It start with discussing the drawings, answering a lot of questions, answering more questions and checking if the supplier is on the right way. Don't underestimate the amount of mail and messenger contact which is needed!

I can help with that. With my previous projects I developed a routine for ordering the samples, especially when you ordered custom parts or products. Same as for the sourcing, also for sampling I can help finding the right supplier and operate as an intermediary. This means the supplier sends the parts or products to me, I check them, and put them together in one shipment to your office. In this way there is less risk of damage.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control sounds very official, and it is. It's the difference between success and losing a lot of money. I can support you by travelling to the factory and check production, measure dimensions, the way they pack it, the way they operate, in other words everything. I work with standardized check-list and share them as soon as possible. Furthermore I do extensive photography of the location. You don't need to be there, you can check it from behind your computer. And again, completely objective and transparent.
OTHER THINGS
It's easy to travel in Asia, all main production areas are within 3 hours of flying from the place where I live. You can always contact me to discuss special things. It's easy for me, but difficult for you to get there.
