PROJECT 1
Electric motor
For an ongoing project I help a company with production of an electric motor. First I found the right suppliers, sourced the different parts, coordinated the sampling proces and organized factory visits together with engineer. Next step is moving to batch production, quality control and logistics.

Sensors
Research for Bluetooth and IoT sensor and development of app for the sensors. Currently working on development of own sensor. Later more information about this project!

Touchscreen
I visited the production location to discuss some subjects and questions formed by my client. Furthermore I inspected the prototype and made suggestions for small improvements. I also ran some tests asked for by my client. Follow-up visit is planned to do QC for whole production batch.

PROJECT 4
Lithium Battery
Building a battery pack with 12V, 125 AH lithium battery. We used a well known battery cell brand to build the pack with. We used A-grade cells for optimal performance. The pack was build in an IP67 waterproof housing and standard with smart Bleutooth BMS to protect it. This project is still in development, the packs can be used for outboard motors for boats, but can also work as back-up battery when working in the open field. Chink about charging drone batteries, light, music or mobile airconditioning.
